Piaggio MP3

The Piaggio MP3 (an acronym of Moto Piaggio a 3 ruote, Italian for "Piaggio motorcycle with 3 wheels") is a tilting three-wheeled scooter from the Italian manufacturer Piaggio. It was first brought to market in 2006. It has two wheels in the front and one at the rear. In Europe, the 500 cc version is marketed under the sporty Gilera brand, called the Fuoco 500. In the United States, the 125 cc is not available, and the Fuoco is marketed as the Piaggio MP3 500. In June 2009, the MP3 LT 400 was launched in the UK.

This version has a slightly wider front track allowing it to be classified as a tricycle rather than as a motorcycle (as are the other versions). This allows the LT400 variant to be 'driven' on a standard UK car licence rather than the motorcycle licence required for the original versions. Because of its unique three-wheel mechanism, it can be brought to a stop and parked like a car, without using a traditional kickstand or centre stand.

The front suspension is similar to the single-sided trailing arm of Vespa-style suspensions, linked by an alloy parallelogram and a central steering arm. Care must be taken when the vehicle is stationary as the suspension rolllock is disengaged when the engine speed exceeds 2,500 rpm. When moving at slow speeds or stopped, the rider must maintain balance through forward motion or with feet on the ground. The front suspension locks or unlocks with the flick of a switch, located just below the throttle on the right handlebar.

The suspension lock can be activated only manually, and only at low speeds or at a stop. A parking brake is used in conjunction with the locking mechanism to park the bike. A traditional center stand also is provided, useful in situations where the suspension cannot be locked, such as with a dead battery. Well, I really want this motorcycle since I was studied in senior high school. One day if I have a lot of money, I will buy one of it and ride it everytime I want. Wish me luck!

Krakatoa

Krakatoa, which is a volcano on an Indonesian island, exploded in 1883. The noise that accompanied the explosion was tremedious. People who lived 3.520 kilometers away heard it. The thousand whom the resulting tidal wave killed lived on the neighboring island of Java. People still speak of the day when the explosion occured. The ocean covered the place where the volcano had been. Even there's an issue that the volcano will be explode, there’s no need to be worried or be afraid. It's just an issue isn't it?

My Room

I will discribe about my room. In my room there is a bed in right side of my room with one pillow, one bolster, and one blanket on it. Beside that, there is a study desk in front side with one television on it. In under of that desk, there is some of books and files. Beside that desk, there is a chest with some stuff inside it, like flashdisk, pen, CD and other stuff, and one mini-fan on it. On the floor there is a couple of dumble and a brown carpet. In back side there is one cupboard with some of my clothes in it. Beside that cupboard, there is a toilet. The colour of the wall is soft-yellow and the floor is wood-brown. Well, even my room seems small, it feels so comfort for me.

John Mayer

John Clayton Mayer was born on October 16, 1977 in Bridgeport, Connecticut. He grew up in Fairfield, Connecticut. He is the second of three children in his family.  His father is Jewish, and Mayer has said that he related to Judaism.  He attended Andrew Warde High School in Fairfield[9] although he was enrolled in the Center for Global Studies at Brien McMahon High School in Norwalk for his junior year. He had played the clarinet for a while in middle school, with minor success.

After watching Michael J. Fox's guitar performance as Marty McFly in Back to the Future, Mayer became fascinated with the instrument, and when he turned 13, his father rented one for him. A neighbor gave Mayer a Stevie Ray Vaughan cassette, which cultivated Mayer's love of blues music. Mayer started taking lessons from a local guitar-shop owner, Al Ferrante, and soon became consumed with playing the instrument. After two years of practice, he started playing at blues bars and other venues in the area, while he was still in high school. Mayer considered skipping college to pursue his music, but the disapproval of his parents dissuaded him from doing so.

When Mayer was seventeen, he was stricken with cardiac dysrhythmia and was hospitalized for a weekend. Reflecting on the incident, Mayer said, “That was the moment the songwriter in me was born,” and he penned his first lyrics the night he got home from the hospital. Shortly thereafter, he began suffering from panic attacks, and lived with the fear of having to enter a mental institution. He attended Berklee College of Music in Boston. He moved to Atlanta in 1997, where he refined his skills and gained a following, and he now lives in New York City.  After graduation, he worked for fifteen months at a gas station until he saved enough money to buy a 1996 Stevie Ray Vaughan signature Stratocaster. His first two studio albums, Room for Squares and Heavier Things, did well commercially, achieving multi-platinum status. In 2003, he won a Grammy Award for Best Male Pop Vocal Performance for "Your Body Is a Wonderland."

Mayer began his career performing mainly acoustic rock, but gradually began a transition towards the blues genre in 2005 by collaborating with renowned blues artists such as B. B. King, Buddy Guy, and Eric Clapton, and by forming the John Mayer Trio. The blues influence can be heard throughout his 2005 live album Try! with the John Mayer Trio and his third studio album Continuum, released in September 2006. At the 49th Annual Grammy Awards in 2007 Mayer won Best Pop Vocal Album for Continuum and Best Male Pop Vocal Performance for "Waiting on the World to Change". He released his fourth studio album, Battle Studies, in November 2009. He has sold over 10 million albums in the U.S. and 20 million albums worldwide. One of my favorite song from him is which entitled “Say What You Need To Say” and there is many song that inspiring me. Gladly, I hear from my friend that he will make a concert in Indonesia at Sentul on August 16. Hopefully it’s not a fake information.

Human Needs

Human being have certain general needs. Scholars find the subject of need fascinating. Everyone, they say, is very aware of his or her material needs: food, clothing, and shelter. Long ago, however, people discovered their need for non-material things. They need love. They also need self-expression, recognition, recreation, and religion. These have been the basic needs of human been throughout the ages. People generally satisfy their needs. They spend a lot of time and energy in their effort to do this. But in my opinion, there is no important thing than happiness.

Transportation

Transportation has changed greatly through the years. In ancient times people were able to travel only on foot. However, about 8.000 years ago, they trained ox, donkey, and horse for transportation. The invention of wheel occurred about 5.000 years ago. From that time on, charges took place rapidly. The development  of ships made seas and revers important. The invention of trains and automobiles improved land transportation. Air travel development rapidly in the first half of the twentieth century. Finally, in the second half of this century, space travel became a reality. Well honestly, one of my biggest dream is to travel the galaxies with a spacecraft.

Music Therapy

Research has shown that music has a profound effect on your body and psyche. In fact, there’s a growing field of health care known as music therapy, which uses music to heal. Those who practice music therapy are finding a benefit in using music to help cancer patients, children with ADD, and others, and even hospitals are beginning to use music and music therapy to help with pain management, to help ward off depression, to promote movement, to calm patients, to ease muscle tension, and for many other benefits that music and music therapy can bring. This is not surprising, as music affects the body and mind in many powerful ways. By example, in modern era many people use music to reduce a feeling that called "confusion" or in Indonesia it's called "galau", but don't ever listen to the music that hear mellow or sad. By example the song by Secondhand Seranade and Adhitia Sofyan. Its only make your confusion going deeper.
